She chose the word "shocking" — not to describe China, but to refer to the way in which it is shockingly different from the impression that she and her friends back home used to have of the country.She also said it was shocking for her to realize how deeply they had been influenced by the Western way of understanding China."Everything that we've done so far in terms of politics and theories has been based on a Western perspective and a Western way of seeing and viewing the world and interacting with each other. I think that what we have right now here (in China) can offer a different perspective, a different way of developing and moving forward," Sharaf said.Asked to choose a word to describe their hopes for 2023, the group came up with a variety of choices.Raz Galor from Israel, who launched Why China, a video show depicting foreigners' lives in China, said "embrace" best summed up his experiences last year and his hopes for 2023. However, instead of feeling upset and resentful, he chose to embrace these changes, and plans to continue doing so in the coming year."I hope to help shape the changes that I see in the world. I see myself as an active participant, but I also try to change things for the better. Holstein also opted for the same word."You can't fight hate with hate. You have to fight hate with love. I really hope that in this chaotic world, everybody can find a modicum of peace and happiness," Holstein said.Tang Kaiming, a student from China at Shanghai International Studies University, said "connection" best summed up last year and her hopes for 2023.In the past year, Tang decided she wanted to help connect China and the rest of the world. She started to improve her language skills by taking part in as many English speech competitions as possible. Tang also learned more about China's diplomatic approaches, including the Belt and Road Initiative, so that she can introduce them to people from other countries."As a student majoring in Spanish, I want to be the bridge that connects China and Spain, their peoples and their cultures," she said. 齊魯網(wǎng)·閃電新聞1月10日訊?“務(wù)農(nóng)重本，國(guó)之大綱”。2022年以來(lái)，膠州市堅(jiān)持以習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國(guó)色社會(huì)主義思想為指，深入學(xué)習(xí)宣傳貫徹的二十大精神，將實(shí)鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略作為新代“三農(nóng)”工作總抓，加快建設(shè)極具“生范”的鄉(xiāng)村振興齊魯板示范區(qū)，趟出了一黨建引領(lǐng)開放創(chuàng)新改實(shí)現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村全面振興的道路。一個(gè)個(gè)成績(jī)，錄下膠州市農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村作砥礪奮進(jìn)的堅(jiān)實(shí)足；一座座村居亮麗多，一條條道路四通八，一項(xiàng)項(xiàng)產(chǎn)業(yè)生機(jī)盎……闊步走在鄉(xiāng)村振的康莊大道上，朝氣勃、風(fēng)景正好，一幅村美、農(nóng)業(yè)強(qiáng)、農(nóng)民的鄉(xiāng)村振興畫卷正在瀾壯闊中次第展開。村產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃興旺“每早上，全世界的辣椒都會(huì)把目光投向我們家村辣椒市場(chǎng)，買家賣家討還后的價(jià)格，在短時(shí)間內(nèi)傳遍全世，‘指揮’著不同地的辣椒交易。”說(shuō)起些，青島辣椒產(chǎn)業(yè)商、膠州辣椒產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)長(zhǎng)王勇滿懷驕傲。近來(lái)，膠州市充分借助場(chǎng)力量，大力發(fā)展辣產(chǎn)業(yè)，從辣椒產(chǎn)地一成為全國(guó)最大的辣椒工出口集散地，辣椒品出口量占全國(guó)的80%以上，形成了“世界辣玉山看中國(guó)，中國(guó)辣看膠州”的國(guó)際化大場(chǎng)。截至目前，膠州培育和引進(jìn)辣椒加工業(yè)400家，解決就業(yè)2萬(wàn)多人，直接惠及農(nóng)戶8萬(wàn)多戶，膠州的小小辣椒?鳥展成了大產(chǎn)。辣椒產(chǎn)業(yè)是膠州市展特色產(chǎn)業(yè)、助力鄉(xiāng)振興的一個(gè)生動(dòng)剪影2022年前三季度，膠州市農(nóng)林噓漁及其務(wù)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值為88.35億元，較去年同期增長(zhǎng)2.22%，增速位居青島第2名。截止到去年10月底，全市規(guī)模以上屏蓬產(chǎn)品加工企229家，營(yíng)業(yè)收入232.7億元，實(shí)現(xiàn)正向增長(zhǎng)。2022年以來(lái)，膠州市立足實(shí)際在實(shí)施黨建統(tǒng)領(lǐng)城鄉(xiāng)源共享行動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)上創(chuàng)新實(shí)施“1866”工作體系，做優(yōu)八條新驅(qū)動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，以產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目帶動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村振興。進(jìn)上合國(guó)際綠色農(nóng)產(chǎn)博覽交易中心、利群慧物流及供應(yīng)鏈等總資189億元的33個(gè)涉農(nóng)重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目建。培育特色優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)柏蘭、品品好入選“一代青島金花培育企”，推進(jìn)膠州大白菜家級(jí)特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢(shì)、省級(jí)馬鈴薯現(xiàn)代農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設(shè)，做強(qiáng)“黃黑白”特色優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)。開展國(guó)家、省、市縣級(jí)示范社四級(jí)聯(lián)創(chuàng)培育國(guó)家級(jí)示范社14家、省級(jí)示范社31家，農(nóng)村土地適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營(yíng)率達(dá)到85.3%，上半年農(nóng)村集體經(jīng)收入5.07億元，進(jìn)一步提振鄉(xiāng)村振易經(jīng)底。截止目前，膠州市有農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)41家，其中國(guó)家級(jí)1家、省級(jí)14家，青島市級(jí)26家。累計(jì)培育2613家農(nóng)民合作社，青島市鴸鳥以上示范社116家，其中國(guó)家級(jí)示范社14家、省級(jí)示范社31家；共培育686家家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)，青島市青耕以上示范場(chǎng)共78家，其中省級(jí)示范場(chǎng)17家；培育省級(jí)示范服務(wù)獜織2家，服務(wù)帶動(dòng)小農(nóng)戶10萬(wàn)多戶，年增加村集體經(jīng)濟(jì)收入1.3億多元，人均增加農(nóng)柜山社員收入5300多元。美麗生態(tài)宜居業(yè)“我?guī)憧纯窗炒?景色美得很?！苯?記者來(lái)到李哥莊鎮(zhèn)矯莊網(wǎng)格，剛與村民何搭上話，他就當(dāng)起“游”。沿著村里小路走，民房錯(cuò)落有致，化墻、鄉(xiāng)村振興標(biāo)語(yǔ)綴著村莊?！耙郧?，民都是把污水排到房周邊，這條小胡同又又滑，下雨天都得翹走，稍微不小心就踩腳臭水。現(xiàn)在好了，前屋后清清爽爽?！?何軍介紹，矯戈莊網(wǎng)是膠州市第一批農(nóng)村活污水治理試點(diǎn)村莊治理后實(shí)現(xiàn)了生活污100%收集處理，還在網(wǎng)格東側(cè)建起一個(gè)6000平方米的黑臭水體治理與生活污水治工程，村容村貌煥然新。在膠東街道八里網(wǎng)格，黨支部書記鄒山告訴記者，網(wǎng)格每院子都有一個(gè)圓形預(yù)混凝土接水池，平時(shí)洗漱用水都倒入接水，接水池和廚房聯(lián)通通過(guò)敷設(shè)的管道匯流巷道內(nèi)的污水支管中現(xiàn)在街上一點(diǎn)污水也有，都進(jìn)了管道里。膠萊街道利民新村南子網(wǎng)格，居民牟宗海著治理工程完工后留的痕跡，用腳跺了跺面說(shuō)：“在這下面都了管子，每家每戶的所污水、廚房污水、滌洗漱污水，統(tǒng)統(tǒng)通管子收集起來(lái)統(tǒng)一處?！编l(xiāng)村要振興，環(huán)必先行。2022年以來(lái)，膠州市樹牢“綠青山就是金山銀山”念，統(tǒng)籌人居環(huán)境整、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、美鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)一體推進(jìn)。照“系統(tǒng)性思維、系性謀劃、系統(tǒng)性實(shí)施，膠州市人居環(huán)境整工作高效推進(jìn)，截至前，14處農(nóng)村黑臭水體治理任務(wù)已全乾山完；累計(jì)建設(shè)改廁服務(wù)39個(gè)、糞污處理設(shè)施19處；加強(qiáng)畜禽養(yǎng)殖污染防赤鷩力度，全市污綜合利用率達(dá)90%以上。持續(xù)建設(shè)15個(gè)美麗鄉(xiāng)村示范村項(xiàng)目建成“美麗庭院”40013戶，創(chuàng)建率40.53%。建設(shè)綠色示范村20個(gè)，實(shí)施森林質(zhì)量精準(zhǔn)提升2000畝。多措并舉成效顯當(dāng)養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)老板高志勇在養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)里清點(diǎn)飼料，一通來(lái)自中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)行膠州支行信貸部門電話讓他心情大好，高老板，你的貸款審已通過(guò)，馬上就能批來(lái)了?！薄昂绵虾绵?謝謝你，剛好我得買料了，這筆款正是‘時(shí)雨’啊?！备咧居?洋河鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)營(yíng)著一家養(yǎng)場(chǎng)，“真沒(méi)想到，‘魯富民貸’辦理這么便，有了這筆貸款我以買10噸飼料，另外再買30只山羊，我對(duì)這次收入心里更鸀鳥底了?！备咧居抡f(shuō)。高勇的貸款也是2022年農(nóng)行膠州支行發(fā)放第一筆“齊魯富民貸貸款。這標(biāo)志著由政銀、擔(dān)聯(lián)合推出的服鄉(xiāng)村振興主題信貸產(chǎn)“齊魯富民貸”在青市成功落地。截止日，農(nóng)行膠州支行已發(fā)齊魯富民貸189筆，總金額1.65億元。2022年以來(lái)，膠州市堅(jiān)持分類管理諸懷精施策，通過(guò)立體化保激發(fā)脫貧群眾樹牢“動(dòng)光榮、技能寶貴、造偉大”的價(jià)值認(rèn)同2022年全市脫貧戶人均純收入達(dá)到15862.71元，比2021年增長(zhǎng)13.92%。據(jù)悉，膠州市創(chuàng)新建立防貧監(jiān)測(cè)智英招系，暢通四種發(fā)現(xiàn)途經(jīng)堅(jiān)持常態(tài)化監(jiān)測(cè)與集排查相結(jié)合，目前，市1925戶3443名脫貧享受政策人口7戶12名動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)人口脫貧成效實(shí)現(xiàn)龜山續(xù)固提升。依托“春風(fēng)崗”專場(chǎng)招聘活動(dòng)，取“線上+線下”相結(jié)合的方式幫助400余名脫貧群眾實(shí)現(xiàn)就業(yè)同時(shí)積極開發(fā)公益崗，對(duì)38名半勞動(dòng)力或弱勞動(dòng)力脫貧人鶉?guó)B進(jìn)安置，促進(jìn)就近就地業(yè)增收。對(duì)喪失勞動(dòng)或無(wú)勞動(dòng)力人口，通發(fā)放慈善基金200余萬(wàn)元、使用項(xiàng)目收益800余萬(wàn)元進(jìn)行傾斜并納入防貧綜合保險(xiǎn)等施提高收入水平。民期許殷殷，奮斗未有期。如今，一條條鄉(xiāng)道路四通八達(dá)，一座農(nóng)家小院古樸雅致，項(xiàng)項(xiàng)特色產(chǎn)業(yè)生機(jī)勃，一張張淳樸笑臉訴著幸福故事……在膠大地上，處處可見如如畫、生機(jī)盎然的美鄉(xiāng)村新圖景。膠州正以更加昂揚(yáng)的姿態(tài)，實(shí)推動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)村振興工作上新臺(tái)階。記者 曲一?
